Job Description
1–5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, inside sales, or sales, preferably in IT software services and staffing/recruitment services.
Good understanding of software development services, digital/technology services, or IT staffing models.
Hands-on exposure to LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, and similar prospecting tools.
Experience in email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and lead qualification.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact with CXOs, hiring managers, procurement teams, and business heads.
Comfortable with frequent travel across India and overseas for business meetings and events.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
