Job Description

The Business Development Executive (Field Marketing) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through on-ground market engagement, customer visits, and partner interactions. The role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, and revenue growth by promoting Netfysys Technologies’ IT solutions and services.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesField Marketing & Lead GenerationIdentify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, events, and local market mapping.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, site visits, and product/service presentations.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams for solution discussions and closures.
  • Business Development & SalesBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, IT heads, and procurement teams.
  • Understand customer requirements and position Netfysys Technologies’ offerings accordingly.
  • Prepare basic proposals, follow up on quotations, and support negotiations.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Partner & Channel EngagementDevelop relationships with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners to support field sales activities.
  • Assist in partner-led demos, PoCs, and joint customer meetings.
  • Support vendor promotions and campaign execution in assigned territories.
  • Market Intelligence & ReportingGather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM.
  • Submit daily/weekly field activity reports and sales updates to management.
