I will be hiring two person to start with.

First 15-30 days, basis your performnace, the person who is better will stay.

Your incentive will be linked on conversion per lead.

As it is a remote job, you will be assisting me post your office hours.

Your main KRA will be below under the supervision of the founder

1. Secondary research
2. list creation
3. Outreach through mails / creating social media posts and likes
4. Follow Ups to conversion
