Lead Recruiter

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their talent requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential candidates and schedule interviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication throughout the hiring process.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition landscape.

Should have:

• 6-7 years of experience in sales hiring or talent acquisition, preferably from a startup background
• Should handled a team of recruiters
