Job SummaryWe are looking for a Legal ESR Officer with mandatory experience in the Real Estate sector to manage legal compliance, regulatory documentation, and ESR-related responsibilities. The role involves ensuring adherence to real estate laws, regulatory filings, and internal governance policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with real estate laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Handle documentation and compliance related to Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
• Draft, review, and manage agreements, contracts, and legal notices related to real estate projects.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities for approvals, filings, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor ESR/ESG policies related to real estate operations.
• Maintain records of legal documentation, project approvals, and statutory filings.
• Conduct compliance reviews to ensure projects follow applicable laws and regulations.
• Liaise with internal teams such as projects, finance, and sales for legal compliance matters.
• Mandatory RequirementsLLB qualification
• 2–5 years of legal experience in Real Estate
• Strong knowledge of RERA compliance and real estate documentation
• Experience handling property agreements, land documents, and regulatory filings
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of contract management
• Understanding of corporate compliance and governance
