We are hiring for the position of Legal Executive.
Job Title: Legal Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal checks and due diligence on documents and transactions
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, and contracts
- Handle legal documentation and maintain proper records
- Assist in compliance-related matters and ensure adherence to legal requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties for legal matters
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or relevant field
- Strong understanding of legal drafting and documentation
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
