Job Description
1) liaison with govt offices like the BBMP, Panchayath, CMC offices, BESCOM and SRO etc
2) Khata services: procurement, transfer, bifurcation of Khata - getting information from BBMP office, getting quotations
3) Tax service: getting property assessment done, liaison with govt office
3) procurement of certified copies from govt agencies, applying EC, adjudication, notarization of documents
4) building relationships with officials in govt offices on behalf of Settlin
5) Collection and drop off of documents - builder office, Buyer and seller, lawyer office, banker
