Job Title: Life Insurance Agent / Insurance Advisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Life Insurance Agents to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their financial protection needs, and recommending suitable life insurance policies. The role involves building long-term relationships, providing financial guidance, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through networking, referrals, and field activities
• Understand clients’ financial goals, family responsibilities, and risk tolerance
• Recommend appropriate life insurance plans and explain policy benefits clearly
• Assist clients in completing applications and documentation
• Follow up on leads and convert them into policy sales
• Maintain long-term relationships and provide after-sales service
• Help clients with policy renewals, updates, and claims assistance
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Stay updated with new insurance products and industry regulations
• Maintain accurate client records and reports

Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• IRDAI license (preferred; training may be provided)

Experience

• 0–5 years in sales, banking, finance, or insurance (preferred but not mandatory)
