Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Elevator/Lift Technician with 2 years of hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of elevators and lifts. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting, repairing, and ensuring safe and efficient operation of vertical transportation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance of lifts and escalators as per company schedule.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues in elevator systems.
• Carry out installation, erection, and commissioning of new elevator systems.
• Respond to service calls and attend breakdowns and emergencies promptly.
• Replace and repair defective parts using hand tools and power tools.
• Ensure safety standards are followed strictly during service activities.
• Maintain accurate service records and daily work reports.
• Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and team members for timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct safety checks and trial runs after maintenance or repair.
• Adhere to company policies and comply with AMC protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an elevator/lift technician.
• Good knowledge of elevator components, wiring diagrams, and control panels.
• Familiarity with elevator safety norms (IS/EN standards).
• Basic communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team under pressure.
• Willingness to work on-call and during weekends, if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or hands-on training from a recognized elevator OEM.
• Experience working in any elevators industry.
