Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations: Manage inbound/outbound shipments, warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast needs, and maintain accurate records.
• Transportation: Select carriers, negotiate rates, plan routes, and manage fleet logistics.
• Budget & Cost Control: Analyze budgets, minimize costs, and find efficiencies.
• Supplier/Customer Relations: Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to meet goals.
• Team Leadership: Supervise logistics staff, including warehouse teams.
• Problem Solving: Resolve delivery issues, complaints, and logistical challenges.
• Technology Use: Utilize logistics software to streamline operations.
