Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and facility-related issues.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and services.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to prevent equipment failure.
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment when required.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair common equipment faults.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
