Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and repair work.
- Handle minor maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas.
- Check and maintain lights, switches, fans, AC units, and plumbing fixtures.
- Assist with installation and repair of basic equipment.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed on time.
