Management Trainee

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our BTL (Below-the-Line) Marketing team. The candidate will support brand activation, on-ground promotions, events, and retail marketing campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience working closely with the marketing and sales teams to increase brand visibility and engagement.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and execution of BTL campaigns, promotional activities, and product awareness drives.
• Coordinate on-ground activations, corporate events, mall activities, exhibitions, and store-level promotions.
• Support vendor coordination, stall setup, branding material arrangement, and campaign logistics.
• Monitor campaign performance, collect feedback, and prepare activity reports and MIS.
• Work with the sales team to ensure brand visibility across assigned territories and outlets.
• Maintain inventory of marketing materials, display units, standees, banners, etc.
• Conduct market research to analyze competitor promotions and customer behavior.
• Ensure timely and efficient execution of branding activities as per guidelines.
