Job Description

Industry Requirement Generation & Candidate Mobilisation will play a critical role in bridging the gap between industry demand and candidate supply. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with 5-6 years of experience in HR placement or staffing agencies, possessing strong interpersonal skills, proven experience in key account management, and a passion for working with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with industry partners and employers to generate placement requirements for skill-trained candidates.
  • Work proactively with educational institutions, NGOs, and mobilisers to reach, engage, and mobilise candidates for skilling and placement programs.
  • Act as a single point of contact for employers and key institutional partners; maintain and nurture key accounts to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Liaise with employers to understand job role requirements and communicate them effectively to the mobilization team and trainers.
  • Organise and execute employer engagement events, campus drives, and job fairs.
  • Coordinate with marketing and outreach teams to develop effective candidate mobilisation campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of industry requirements, candidate pipelines, employer feedback, and placement outcomes.
  • Provide periodic reports and updates to senior management.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets for requirement generation and candidate mobilisation.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree (HR/Management or related field preferred).
  • 5-6 years’ experience in a placement/HR agency or staffing industry, handling both client acquisition (employers) and sourcing/candidate mobilisation.
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to initiate and close partnerships with employers and institutions.
  • A flair for meeting new people, account management, and an energetic approach to targets.
  • Experience working with NGOs/institutions for skilling or employment-based projects is a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
