Role Summary

Drive business growth through strategy, data, and execution. Work closely with founders to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and scale new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute growth & business strategies
• Analyze data to drive revenue, margins, and efficiency
• Optimize channel performance (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C, offline)
• Lead pricing, category, and product planning
• Develop dashboards & MIS for decision-making
• Identify and execute new initiatives (categories, geographies, partnerships)

Requirements

• 2–5 years in strategy / consulting / analytics
• Strong Excel / data skills (Power Query is a plus)
• Experience in D2C / e-commerce / startups preferred
• Structured thinking + strong execution

KPIs

• Revenue & margin growth
• Channel performance
• Inventory & working capital efficiency
• Success of new initiatives
