Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting our healthcare services, building client relationships, and driving patient referrals from nearby schools and hospitals. This role requires proactive outreach, branding activities, and effective communication to strengthen Samarthang Health Care’s presence in the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Occupational Therapy, physiotherapy, speech therapy, and special education services.
• Build and maintain relationships with nearby kids’ schools, hospitals, Doctors and clinics to generate referrals.
• Organize awareness programs, workshops, and presentations for schools and hospitals.
• Coordinate with the operations team to design promotional materials (posters, brochures, WhatsApp status creatives).
• Monitor and report on marketing campaigns, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Maintain a database of potential clients and referral partners.
• Support branding initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or client relations preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with schools and hospitals.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.
• Health care or education sector experience will be preferred.

• Growth in referrals from schools and hospitals.
• Increased patient registrations for therapy and education services.
• Successful execution of outreach campaigns.
