Job Description
- Oversee daily activities of field executives, ensuring punctuality and productivity
- Coordinate with the central team regarding staffing, logistics, and local operations
- Monitor attendance, performance, and issue resolution of field staff
- Handle local escalations and provide on-ground support as needed
- Submit daily and weekly operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and safety protocols
- Support implementation of marketing campaigns, events, or sales drives
- Maintain accurate records of resources and operational activities
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders or vendors if required
