Marketing Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Marketing Supervisor / Executive to plan and execute on-ground marketing activities to promote the preschool, increase brand visibility, and generate quality admission leads. The role involves managing field promoters, coordinating local outreach activities, and supporting admission targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesField Marketing & Lead Generation. Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities such as flyer distribution, standees, banners, and canopy promotions.
• Conduct door-to-door, apartment, society, and community-level promotions.
• Identify and visit nearby apartments, parks, clinics, malls, and play areas for tie-ups and promotions.
• Generate and track admission leads through field activities.
• Team SupervisionSupervise, guide, and motivate field promoters/executives.
• Allocate daily field areas and monitor performance.
• Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and brand representation by the field team.
• Train the team on pitch, communication, and lead collection process.
• Event & Activity SupportAssist in organizing on-ground events such as open houses, demo classes, activity days, and roadshows.
• Coordinate with the center team for event execution.
• Manage vendor coordination for marketing materials and setups.
• Reporting & CoordinationMaintain daily and weekly field activity and lead reports.
• Share feedback from parents and market insights with the center head.
• Track conversion of leads in coordination with the admissions team.
• Monitor competitor activities in the local catchment area.
