Marketing Executive – UPVC Profile Company: Henan Beidi Industry Pvt. Ltd.

Job Summary: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving regional sales growth by managing relationships with existing fabricators, onboarding new fabricators, and strengthening dealer and installer networks to ensure smooth business operations and market expansion.

• Key Responsibilities: Visit existing fabricators regularly to improve sales performance and strengthen business relationships.
• Identify potential new fabricators in the assigned region and convert them into Baydee partners.
• Conduct a minimum of 3–4 market visits per day as per the assigned schedule.
• Build strong rapport with installation teams and hardware personnel to gather market intelligence and identify new fabricator opportunities.
• Prepare and submit daily visit reports and market feedback to management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure smooth business transactions and business continuity.
• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic inputs to management.
• Support fabricators and dealers with product information, coordination, and timely issue resolution.
• Required Skills & Competencies: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Good market knowledge with the ability to identify business opportunities.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma (Preferred)
• Experience:3–5 years of experience in Sales / Channel Sales / Business Development.
• Prior experience in the UPVC profile industry is mandatory.
