Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Manager role located in Bangalore. The Field Manager will oversee day-to-day field operations, ensure timely project completions, and manage field teams effectively. The responsibilities include resource allocation, quality assurance, and coordinating with clients to address inquiries or concerns. Additionally, the Field Manager will evaluate on-field performance, implement solutions to improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Project management skills and team leadership experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and teams

Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address challenges efficiently

Proficiency in quality assurance and safety compliance standards.

Ability to manage time effectively and oversee multiple operations simultaneously

Knowledge of the textile, fashion, or retail industries is an advantage

Availability for on-site fieldwork and management duties in Bengaluru

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred
