Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Manage the creation of marketing content including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute events, webinars, product launches, and sponsorships.
• Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to segment audiences and personalize campaigns.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and/or external vendors.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of offline marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with graphic design tools and content management systems (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress) is a plus.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in Sales, NBFC
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
• Strong copywriting and editorial skills.
