Job Description

Vivitron is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the company's digital and offline marketing initiatives. The role involves developing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, overseeing social media presence, and coordinating promotional activities and events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign analytics, content planning, and brand promotion while also managing marketing collateral and events.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads and improve brand awareness.
  • Monitor marketing performance and optimize campaigns based on analytics.

  • 2. Digital Marketing ManagementManage and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.
  • Conduct SEO analysis and implement improvements to increase organic traffic.
  • Plan and execute Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns using platforms such as:
  • Google Ads
  • Search Ads 360
  • PPC campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance using data analytics tools and generate actionable insights.



  • 3. Social Media MarketingDevelop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as:
  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • Manage daily social media posting schedules.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and advertising, including:
  • Facebook Ads
  • Instagram Ads
  • Paid Social Advertising
  • Optimize social media profiles and content through Social Media Optimization (SMO).

  • 4. Content MarketingPlan and oversee content creation and content marketing strategies.
  • Create engaging content including:
  • Social media posts
  • Blogs
  • Marketing materials
  • Campaign content
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across platforms.

  • 5. Campaign Management & AnalyticsManage digital marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Analyze metrics such as conversions, CTR, engagement, and ROI.
  • Provide regular marketing performance reports to management.
  • 6. Event Marketing & PromotionsPlan, organize, and manage corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for product launches and industry events.
  • Ensure effective brand presence and promotional engagement.
  • 7. Marketing Collateral & Printing MaterialsPlan and oversee the design and production of printed marketing materials, including:
  • Brochures
  • Flyers
  • Banners
  • Product catalogs
  • Event materials
  • Coordinate with design teams and vendors to ensure timely execution.
