• BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and rate justification.
• Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.

• Strategic planning and target achievement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Negotiation and finalization of commercial terms.
• CRM management and pipeline forecasting.

Soft Skills

• Leadership and team coordination.
• Problem-solving with analytical thinking.
• Ability to work with developers, project managers, and senior decision-makers.

2. Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) preferred OR Graduation with relevant industry experience.
• MBA in Marketing (optional but preferred).

5–12 years of experience in:

1. Aluminium Formwork
2. Shuttering / Scaffolding
3. Construction Technology
4. Building Material Sales
