1. Position Details

2. Job Purpose

To plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, exhibitions, dealer meets, promotional activities, and sports-related events to enhance brand visibility, employee engagement, and stakeholder relationships.

3. Key Roles & Responsibilities

A. Event Planning & Coordination

• Plan and organise corporate events, product launches, sports events (e.g., employee tournaments, cricket/football matches, corporate leagues)
• Prepare event calendars and execution timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet objectives

B. Vendor Management

• Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors (event agencies, decorators, caterers, sports equipment suppliers)
• Ensure vendor deliverables are on time and within budget

D. Budget & Reporting

• Prepare and track budgets for events, including sports activities
• Submit post-event reports, feedback, and performance analysis

E. Branding & Promotion

• Coordinate branding materials such as banners, stalls, promotional kits, and sports signage
• Support digital promotion of events on social media, newsletters, and company portals

4. Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

5. Experience Required

• Minimum: 1 year
• Maximum: 2 years
• Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, or sports event management preferred
