The Role

We are seeking dedicated teachers (Graduation completed or pursuing) to provide high-quality Mathematics tutoring to students in rural Karnataka. You will conduct interactive, personalized lessons over the phone to help children master foundational math concepts in Kannada Language.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily phone-based tutoring sessions (no smartphone/data needed for students).
• Teach Mathematics using a proven, targeted instruction curriculum. This only includes basic math operations, i.e. Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division.
• Monitor student progress and adapt lessons to their learning level.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.Ed Preferred (completed or currently pursuing), or those looking to pursue their career in teaching.
• Subject: Strong proficiency in Mathematics.
• Language: Fluent in Kannada (to effectively communicate with students in rural Karnataka).
• Commitment: Must be available for at least 8 months tenure, Jan 2026 to Aug 2026.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Timing: Any 3 hours daily, from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM window.
• Stipend: ₹7,000 Basic + up to ₹5,000 Performance Bonus (Total potential: ₹12,000/month).
