Mechanical CAD Faculty

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and passionate Mechanical CAD Faculty / Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Mechanical Design concepts and hands-on expertise in CAD software tools.

• Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and online training sessions for students in:
• 
  
• AutoCAD (Mechanical)
• SolidWorks
• CATIA
• Creo
• NXCAD
• Ansys
• Teach core mechanical concepts like Design Fundamentals, GD&T, Manufacturing Processes, and Machine Drawing.
• Prepare lesson plans, projects, and assignments aligned with industry standards.
• Guide students through practical design projects and portfolio development.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest CAD tools and design industry trends.
• Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to enhance student outcomes.
• Qualifications & Skills Required:Education: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of teaching/training or relevant design industry experience.
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD and at least one advanced 3D design software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX, etc.).
• Good understanding of Mechanical Design, Drafting Standards, and Product Design Lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex design concepts for students.
• Preferred Skills (Added Advantage): Hands-on experience with CAD tools (Ansys, HyperMesh, etc.).
• Certification in CAD software.
• Knowledge of Product Design, Reverse Engineering, or 3D Printing.
