Artocult is seeking an accomplished Media Manager with a proven track record of delivering exceptional creative and media outcomes across print, digital, and social platforms. This role demands a visionary professional who can lead multi-format content creation, manage high-impact campaigns, and drive brand visibility through innovative storytelling and strategic media planning.

The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse—equally comfortable conceptualizing campaigns, managing design workflows, coordinating with media partners, and steering ad sales initiatives. They must bring deep expertise in both traditional and new-age media ecosystems, with the ability to translate Artocult’s creative mission into compelling public-facing narratives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Media Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute integrated media strategies across print, digital, social, and emerging platforms.

• Plan and manage media budgets, campaign calendars, and performance KPIs.

• Identify new media opportunities to enhance brand reach and engagement.

2. Creative Leadership

• Lead creative ideation for campaigns, brand stories, and visual communication.

• Oversee design teams, freelancers, and creative partners to ensure high-quality output.

• Maintain brand consistency across all media formats and communication channels.

3. Print & Digital Media Management

• Manage end-to-end print production: editorial planning, layout, design, vendor coordination, and quality control.

• Oversee digital content pipelines including website updates, newsletters, blogs, and multimedia assets.

• Ensure timely delivery of all media assets with exceptional quality standards.

4. Social Media & Community Engagement

• Build and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.

• Drive content calendars, influencer collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.

• Track analytics and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.

5. Advertising & Ad Sales

• Conceptualize and manage advertising campaigns for internal and external stakeholders.

• Build relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brand partners to drive ad sales revenue.

• Develop pitch decks, media kits, and sales strategies to attract advertisers.

6. Project & Design Management

• Lead multi-disciplinary creative projects from concept to execution.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, editorial, design, and product.

• Implement project management systems to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery.

7. Editorial & Journalism Excellence

• Guide editorial direction for print and digital publications.

• Ensure high-quality storytelling aligned with Artocult’s creative ethos.

• Review and refine content for accuracy, tone, and impact.
