Designation: MEP (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing)

Location: Thathaguni, Kanakapura Main Road, Bangalore

Positon: Full Time

Requirements: Aadhar, PAN Card

Experience: 02 Years to 05 Years

Salary Range: 35,000/-

Key Job Responsibilities

·        Installation & Repair: Installing and repairing water supply lines, sewage lines, pipes, and plumbing fixtures (e.g., taps, basins, toilets). Installing and repairing wiring, lighting, conduits, transformers, and circuit breakers. Maintenance of Air Conditioning, Solar UPS earthling transformer etc….

·        Maintenance: Regular maintenance of plumbing systems, including checking for leaks, blockages, and ensuring proper water pressure. Drip / Sprinkler irrigation installation Maintenance, Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance, Solar Water Heater and Other Maintenance, Rain Water Harvesting

·        Technical Operations: Operating and maintaining Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) in residential or commercial buildings. Maintaining equipment, including generators, UPS, and HVAC electrical components, ensuring operational reliability

·        Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues, such as clogged drains, burst pipes, and malfunctioning pumps. Using testing devices to diagnose and fix electrical malfunctions, power outages, and faulty components.

·        Safety & Compliance: Following safety standards and adhering to local plumbing codes and regulations. Adhering strictly to local safety regulations, building codes, and standards to prevent hazards.

·        Documentation: Reading blueprints/technical drawings to plan layout and maintaining records of work performed. Recording maintenance activities, repairs, and inspecting electrical infrastructure

Required Qualifications & Skills

·        Experience: Generally, 2–5 years of proven experience in plumbing, particularly in residential complexes or facility management and commercial or industrial electrical maintenance.

·        Education: ITI certificate or Diploma in Plumbing / ITI in Electrician/Wireman, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical certification

·        Technical Skills: Proficiency in using plumbing tools and working with materials like PVC, CPVC, PEX, and copper. Proficiency in reading blueprints, using hand/power tools, and knowledge of safety protocols

·        Physical Ability: Ability to handle physical, hands-on work.

·        Language: Local language knowledge (Kannada) is often required, along with basic Telugu, Hindi or English for communication.
