Job Title: Meta Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
2. Create and test compelling ad creatives tailored to real estate buyers/renters
3. Manage full-funnel campaigns: Awareness → Lead Gen → Retargeting
4. Optimize campaigns for lowest CPL (Cost Per Lead) and highest conversion rate
5. Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, events, and custom audiences
6. Coordinate with designers and content creators for ad creatives
7. Analyze performance data and prepare weekly/monthly reports
8. Keep up with algorithm changes, Meta policies, and real estate ad trends

Requirements

1. 1+ years of hands-on experience running Facebook Ads (preferably for real estate)
2. Proven record of generating high-quality leads via Meta platforms
3. Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, and Pixel setup
4. Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, lookalikes, and split testing
5. Basic knowledge of copywriting and funnel strategy
6. Understanding of RERA compliance and real estate advertising rules (India)

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

1. Google Ads experience
2. Landing page optimization experience (Unbounce, Webflow, WordPress)
