Microbiologist

Job Summary:

As a Microbiologist, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing new products and processes related to bio-fertilizers, organic fertilizers, and crop specials. You will work closely with our research and development team to identify new opportunities and improve existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development:

   - Develop new bio-fertilizers, organic fertilizers, and crop specials using microbial technology.

   - Conduct research and development to improve existing products and processes.

2. Fermenter Handling:

   - Operate and maintain fermenters for large-scale production of microbial products.

   - Optimize fermentation conditions to ensure high-quality products.

3. Microbial Strain Development:

   - Identify and isolate beneficial microorganisms for use in bio-fertilizers and organic fertilizers.

   - Develop and maintain microbial cultures for production.

4. Quality Control:

   - Conduct quality control tests on bio-fertilizers, organic fertilizers, and crop specials.

   - Ensure products meet regulatory standards and company quality policies.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

   - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to bio-fertilizers, organic fertilizers, and crop specials.

   - Stay updated on changing regulations and industry standards.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

   - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing, and sales.

   - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including farmers, distributors, and regulatory authorities.
