Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical MIS Executive – Sales Operations with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL. The role involves managing end-to-end sales MIS reporting, building dashboards, automating reports, and delivering actionable insights to support business and leadership decision-making across multiple sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS reports
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for sales performance and productivity
• Perform advanced data analysis using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA/macros)
• Write, optimize, and manage SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple databases
• Track and analyze sales KPIs such as revenue, targets vs achievement, pipeline, productivity, and growth trends
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all reports
• Automate recurring reports and improve MIS efficiency and turnaround time
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to understand reporting requirements
• Present insights, trends, and performance summaries to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Advanced MS Excel
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, performance optimization)
• Advanced working knowledge of SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, functions, query optimization)
• Strong understanding of Sales Operations and MIS reporting
• Ability to handle large datasets and convert data into meaningful insights
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, IT, or related field
• Experience working with CRM / ERP / Sales databases
• Exposure to report automation and process improvement
• Knowledge of VBA, Python, or other automation tools is a plus
