MIS Executive – Job Description

We are looking for an MIS Executive with 1 year of hands-on experience who is skilled in advanced Excel functions and capable of handling coordination and calling activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain MIS reports and databases with high accuracy.
• Work extensively on Advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.
• Make regular calls to apartments/societies to obtain permissions for activities.
• Coordinate with apartment management teams and maintain proper records.
• Handle negotiations with apartment authorities when required.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with calling and coordination work.
• Ability to maintain organized data and reports.
