Job Description

  • 1. Property Listing & Ads PostingCreate and publish property listings on portals such as:

  • 99acres
  • Magicbricks
  • Housing.com
  • OLX
  • Facebook Marketplace
  • Write compelling property descriptions.
  • Upload high-quality images, videos, and virtual tours.
  • Ensure all listings are accurate, updated, and compliant with company standards.
  • Refresh and repost ads to maintain visibility.
  • 2. Inventory ManagementMaintain and update real estate inventory (available, sold, blocked units).
  • Track property details including pricing, availability, configurations, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with sales teams for real-time updates.
  • Maintain CRM and internal database accuracy.
  • 3. Reporting & MISPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:

  • Leads generated
  • Ad performance
  • Conversion ratios
  • Inventory status
  • Analyze portal performance and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing system.
  • Present performance reports to management.
  • 4. Lead Management & CoordinationTrack incoming leads from all portals.
  • Assign leads to sales executives.
  • Monitor follow-ups and status updates.
  • Ensure timely response to inquiries.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate operations or listing management.
  • Familiarity with property portals and CRM systems.
  • Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing preferred.
