We’re looking for an MIS / Analytics Exective who can translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, detail-oriented, and skilled at presenting insights that support strategic decision-making across teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data from multiple business sources.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Google Sheets / Excel and BigQuery for tracking key performance metrics.
• Use SQL to query, extract, and transform data efficiently for reporting and analysis.
• Conduct data-driven analysis and forecasting to support business strategies and performance optimization.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports across departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and enhance data quality.

Requirements

• Excel / Google Sheets (Advanced): Expertise in pivot tables, dashboards, automation, and data cleaning.
• SQL: Strong knowledge of queries, joins, and transformations for analytics and reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating insights into business actions.
• Prior experience in fintech, lending, or operations analytics is a strong plus.
