Molding Machine Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for a Rubber Moulding Operator who is physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn. On Job Training will be given for the person who is eager to learn. The ideal candidate should possess excellent coordination skills, be soft-spoken, and work well in a team environment. Dedication, honesty, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.

Training and Stiphend will be given for FRESHERS for learning.

10th Standard , PUC , ITI , all Physically fit candidates are welcome. Both Male and Female Candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain rubber moulding machines.
• Ensure proper handling of materials and tools.
• Monitor and inspect finished products for quality.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Learn and implement new techniques and procedures as required.
• Qualifications and Skills:Basic knowledge of rubber moulding processes (training will be provided if needed).
• Physically fit and capable of handling factory tasks.
• Keen interest in learning and improving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with staff.
• Honest, dedicated, and punctual.
