• Time: 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Venue: TASCoutsourcing-2nd Floor, Aurbis, Concord Building, Richmond Rd, Shanthala Nagar, Richmond Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025
• Point of Contact - Rhea Rai/Krisen

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0.6 Months - 4 years years of experience in recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools is a plus.
