Job Description – HR Recruiter (Non-IT)

Top Duties and QualificationsWhat You’ll Do

As an HR Recruiter at Anant Cars Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in driving talent acquisition for our growing automobile dealership business. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely closures of open positions while building strong candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities·        Understand hiring requirements for Non-IT

positions across sales, service, operations, and support functions.

·        Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

·        Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers.

·        Manage candidate engagement and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

·        Negotiate job offers and finalize compensation packages.

·        Achieve monthly hiring target of 20

closures.

·        Maintain recruitment, reports, and ensure timely updates.
