We specialize in the design, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning of a wide array of Electrical control panels, including Automation Panels, Process Instruments, IoT solutions, MCC panels, PCC panels, VFD panels, and Switchgears, seamlessly integrated with advanced commissioning services.

We are seeking a dynamic IT & Administration Executive to manage digital and physical record keeping, enforce company protocols, support branding initiatives, oversee office improvements, and ensure safety practices. This role bridges technology, administration, and human resources to create a seamless, growth-oriented workplace.

Key Responsibilities

 

📑 Record Keeping & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records of employees, projects, and compliance documents.
  • Develop and manage filing systems aligned with organizational protocols.
  • Ensure timely updates of HR databases, attendance, and payroll records.
  • Support audits and compliance checks with structured documentation.

 

🖥 IT Systems & Digital Support

  • Oversee IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and networking essentials.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and data security protocols.
  • Provide technical support for office applications (MS Office, ERP, HRMS tools).
  • Implement digital solutions for workflow automation and record management.

 

 

 

👥 HR & Employee Engagement

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and training schedules.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance in HR documentation and disciplinary protocols.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees for smooth communication.

 

🏢 Office Administration & Improvements

  • Coordinate office maintenance, vendor management, and resource allocation.
  • Drive initiatives for workplace improvements, ergonomics, and productivity enhancements.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Support branding activities including internal communication, events, and external representation.

 

🛡 Safety & Compliance Practices

  • Implement and monitor workplace safety protocols.
  • Conduct periodic safety drills and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
  • Maintain records of safety audits and corrective actions.
  • Promote a culture of responsibility and awareness across departments.

 

Qualifications & Skills Required

 

Core Knowledge:

✔ Strong fundamentals in IT systems, office administration, and HR processes

✔ Familiarity with HRMS tools, ERP systems, and digital record-keeping platforms

✔ Understanding of compliance, safety practices, and organizational protocols

 

Software & Tools:

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and database management tools

✔ Basic knowledge of networking, system integrations, and IT troubleshooting

✔ Ability to support branding through digital platforms and presentations
