Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Office & Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the office premises including workstations,

leadership bays, meeting rooms, reception area, pantry, and washrooms, ensure availability of essential supplies such as

tissues and drinking water, and conduct periodic checks including visits to the old office for document collection and

upkeep.

  • Pantry & Staff Support – Manage pantry operations by arranging food for staff as requested, maintaining stock of pantry
  • Pooja & Religious Arrangements - – Handle religious arrangements by arranging flowers and lighting lamps on

designated days as per office practice, ensuring consistency and respect for traditions followed at Trumarx

  • Mail, Courier & Documentation Handling - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier activities, coordinate

notary, banking, and courier-related tasks, support client documentation visits, and ensure physical documents are

properly filed, archived, and retrievable when required.

  • Office Administration & Log Maintenance - Support administrative operations by ordering office supplies, managing

stationery stock, handling photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks, maintaining office logs such as attendance,

visitors, and inventory, and assisting teams with basic data entry and administrative reports.

  • Meetings, Visitors & Office Support - Welcome and assist visitors professionally, prepare meeting rooms including setup of equipment and refreshments, and support the planning and execution of internal meetings, staff events, and office activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 10th / 12th standard or equivalent qualification
  • Prior experience as an Office Assistant, Office Boy, or Administrative Support staff preferred

Required Skills:

Discipline & Reliability - Ability to follow daily routines, schedules, and instructions consistently

Attention to Cleanliness & Order - Strong focus on hygiene, organization, and workplace presentation

Support-Oriented Mindset - Willingness to assist staff, managers, and visitors with a helpful attitude

Basic Administrative Skills - Comfort with handling documents, logs, photocopying, and simple office records

Time Management - Ability to prioritize tasks and respond promptly to office requirements

Professional Conduct - Polite behavior, confidentiality awareness, and respect for workplace norms
