Online Mathematics Teacher

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Mathematics Teacher for ICSE Board to join our online coaching academy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and a commitment to student success, utilizing innovative teaching strategies to enhance learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Mathematics lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Develop instructional materials, including lesson plans, quizzes, and assignments.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student participation and engagement.
• Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on educational best practices and advancements in mathematics education.
• Participate in internal meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Teaching certification (CTET) is a plus.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics at (specific level, e.g., middle school, high school, etc.).
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and problem-solving strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and educational technology.
• Ability to engage and motivate students in a virtual environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning.
• Knowledge of assessment tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
