Job Summary:-

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Office Operations Executive (Female) to handle day-to-day office operations, including dispatch coordination and stock management, ensuring smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily dispatches and coordinate with transport/logistics
• Manage incoming & outgoing stock and maintain proper records
• Update stock registers and operational documents
• Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts teams
• Track material movement and delivery status
• Support management in routine operational activities
• Eligibility / Requirements Female candidate preferred
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and office documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
• Experience in office operations / dispatch handling is an advantage

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Final salary based on experience and face-to-face interview)
