Operation Executive

Job Title: Operations Executive – Vending Machine Business

Location :Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our vending machine business. The role involves field travel for enquiries, coordination, basic technical issue handling, and strong reporting using computers—especially MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Visit vending machine locations in Bangalore and nearby cities for enquiries, inspections, and follow-ups

Coordinate installation, servicing, and basic troubleshooting of vending machines

Handle customer queries and resolve operational and minor technical issues

Coordinate with technicians/vendors for complex technical problems

Monitor machine performance, stock levels, and uptime

Prepare daily/weekly reports using MS Excel (sales, service logs, inventory, etc.)

Maintain records of sites, clients, and service activities

Support expansion activities such as new site surveys and feasibility checks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (preferred)

Good working knowledge of computers, especially MS Excel

Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical systems (preferred)

Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and nearby cities

Ability to work independently and manage field responsibilities

Experience

1–3 years of experience in operations, field service, or vending/retail operations preferred

Additional Requirements

Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Basic problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Compensation

Salary: 25,000-30,000

Travel allowance as applicable
