NIRAM Pro Sports Academy LLP is a professionally managed, high-performance multi-sport academy looking for a proactive and disciplined Operations Manager to oversee daily academy operations across multiple sports.
Role Responsibilities:
• Manage daily scheduling and batch coordination
• Supervise coaches and support staff
• Ensure smooth session execution and facility readiness
• Monitor enrolments, attendance, and utilisation
• Support events, tournaments, and camps
• Maintain basic reporting and communication with management
Who We’re Looking For:
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Responsible and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle teams and day-to-day coordination
• Sports background preferred (not mandatory)
