Department: Operations – Vending Machines

Reporting To: Management / Business Head

Role Summary

Responsible for handle for operations of the company’s vending machine business, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, optimal stock availability, machine uptime, and client satisfaction. The role involves coordination across internal teams, vendors, and clients while managing on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of vending machines across all active locations.

Plan and manage daily/weekly refill schedules based on consumption patterns and stock movement.

Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of products and avoid stock-outs.

Monitor inventory levels, consumption trends, and wastage control.

Ensure machine maintenance and uptime, coordinating with technical teams/vendors for breakdowns, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Handle client communication, including issue resolution, service coordination, and relationship management.

Conduct client location visits when required for inspections, audits, installations, or issue resolution.

Track operational performance metrics such as sales, refilling efficiency, and machine health.

Support onboarding of new vending machine locations, including planning and execution.

Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and service quality standards.

Prepare and share operational reports with management as required.
