Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end dispatch operations for B2B, D2C, and e-commerce orders. The role involves order processing, coordination with warehouse and logistics partners, and maintaining accurate records using computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily dispatch operations for B2B, D2C, and e-commerce orders

Process orders received from sales teams, customers, and online platforms

Coordinate with warehouse staff for picking, packing, and labeling

Ensure timely dispatch through courier, transporters, and delivery partners

Prepare invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and shipping documents

Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for pickups and deliveries

Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues or delays

Maintain dispatch records, inventory movement, and reports using MS Excel

Handle returns (RTO), replacements, and damaged goods coordination

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and dispatch timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma in any discipline

Good computer knowledge, especially MS Excel

Familiarity with order processing and dispatch workflows

Basic knowledge of e-commerce portals and logistics coordination (preferred)

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Experience

1–3 years of experience in dispatch, operations, warehouse, or logistics

Experience handling B2B, B2C, or e-commerce orders is an advantage

Freshers with relevant skills may also be considered

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

Salary: 20,000 t0 25,000
