Job Description
Job Title: Sea & Air Executive (Freight Forwarding)
Responsibilities:
• Handle shipment coordination with overseas agents and carriers
• Follow up shipments and provide regular updates to customers
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Documentation, Accounts)
• Manage documentation, pre-alerts, and delivery order process
• Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery
• Update job details and reports in software
Requirements:
• Experience in Sea & Air freight forwarding preferred
• Basic knowledge of logistics documentation
• Good coordination and communication skills
