Operations Manager – Matrixuss Technologies
About the Role:
Matrixuss Technologies is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth coordination between tech, support, sales, and admin teams. The role focuses on efficiency, team performance, process optimization, and KPI-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure timely task/project completion.
- Create and implement SOPs, workflows, and internal processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Lead process automation initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
- Handle escalations, client coordination, and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
