Operations Specialist - Work From Home

We are seeking a proactive Operations Specialist to support and streamline a variety of operational activities. The role involves assisting with technical, administrative, and operational tasks as required and guided by management. This position is ideal for someone who is diligent, accountable, responsible, and looking for a long-term opportunity to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning across teams.
• Engage in various technical tasks for internal systems and processes as needed.
• Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to support/work on the tasks as required
• Maintain documentation and support reporting requirements.
• Support vendor or partner coordination when required.
• Assist with organizing meetings and other operational activities as directed.
• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by management, demonstrating accountability and reliability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or tech support roles.
• Excellent soft skills: communication, collaboration, diligence, and reliability.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and adaptability to changing priorities.
