Order Process Executive

Objective

Tecqnio Global Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Process Executive to manage and streamline order handling, documentation, and coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency and communicating with customer and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies
• Maintain updated records of orders, invoices, and delivery schedules
• Communicate with clients regarding order confirmations, changes, and delivery updates
• Support internal audits and reporting related to order management
