Job Title: Salon & Gym Outbound Telecaller

Location: Brookfield, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Outbound Telecaller to promote our Salon and Gym services, generate leads, and convert calls into appointments and memberships. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Promote salon services (Hair, Facial, HydraFacial, Keratin, etc.) and gym memberships
• Explain ongoing offers, packages, and promotions clearly
• Book appointments for salon services and gym trials
• Follow up with leads and past customers
• Maintain call records, lead status, and daily reports
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
• Coordinate with front desk and management teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a telecaller / sales executive (salon, gym, or service industry preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
• Confident, polite, and persuasive calling style
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp)
• Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
• Education & ExperienceMinimum qualification: 10+2
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers with good communication can apply)
